ResponsibilitiesThe Clinical Director (Registered Nurse, RN) oversees patient care operations at our home care facility under the direction of the Home Health Executive Director.
- Coordinates projects to support company objectives.
- Oversees patient eligibility, plans services, and supervises total home health care.
- Implements administrative practices, agency philosophy, goals, and policies ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Enhances agency profitability and ensures quality service delivery.
License Requirements:
- RN licensure in the state of practice.
- CPR certification.
- Current applicable license for other clinical disciplines (PT/OT/SLP).
- One year of supervisory experience in home health or related healthcare setting.
- Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
