About the Role:
The Senior Site WHS Manager will be responsible for executing company WHS policies and ensuring compliance with local and regional regulations. This includes leading continuous improvement initiatives to reduce conditional and ergonomic risk in Amazon's processes.
You will work closely with site-level operations teams to achieve these goals and must demonstrate the ability to build trust and confidence with cross-functional operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with site-level operations teams to execute company WHS policies

- Provide guidance and oversight to ensure compliance with Amazon Safety Policies
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree
- 7 years of increasing responsibilities in safety and/or environmental programs
- Experience implementing lean principles and process improvement
