We are seeking a skilled Safety and Risk Management Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in risk management, patient safety, and healthcare quality improvement, with a strong focus on leadership and collaboration.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement patient safety initiatives across all 240 practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions
- Communicate effectively with staff, physicians, and executives to ensure seamless implementation of safety initiatives
- Monitor and analyze data to inform safety initiatives and improve patient outcomes
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or healthcare-related field
- Minimum three years' experience in healthcare risk management and prior management experience
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel between locations
