Job Summary
This role will assist the Store Manager and Manager In Training with recruiting, hiring, training, and managing store personnel to achieve sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Assist Store Manager and Manager In Training with recruiting, hiring, training, and managing store personnel.
- Meet and exceed sales goals and standards of performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve store operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and practices.
Requirements
- Desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Completion of all training programs leading up to Co-Manager position or equivalent training.
- Ability to work night and weekend shifts.
- Age requirements for full-time employment may vary based on state.
