At Jobleads-US, we are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team as a Community Relations specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with property professionals, obtaining referrals, and engaging with residents in assigned territories of apartments, condos, and co-ops.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute sales-driving activities, including events, collateral distribution, and outreach to referrals by phone, text, and email.
- Leverage incentive programs and establish yourself as the "go-to" ambassador of our client's brand.
Requirements
- 1 years of customer-facing experience, such as retail, hospitality, and/or outside sales.
- Proven track record of achieving company goals and attainment of key performance indicators/metrics.
- Tech-savvy with working knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent communication and networking skills.
- Some evening/weekend availability.
