This is a full-time opportunity available at a corporate insurance company in Bloomfield, CT. You will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their safety and security needs are met.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
Minimum Requirements
- Meet the minimum age requirement for your chosen role (18 for unarmed, 21 for armed).
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
- Pass a background investigation and drug screen.
