The Global Security North America Physical Security team is a dynamic group of security professionals responsible for providing a safe and secure environment for employees, clients, and assets in our retail and corporate environments. As the Head of Insider Risk Analysis within the Global Security team, you will manage the operational aspects of the Insider Risk Analysis function.
Key Responsibilities
- Data analysis and threat scenario modeling to predict and mitigate potential insider risks.
- Conducting detailed investigations of high-risk workforce members.
- Developing data-driven methodologies to identify and assess insider threats.
- Oversight of threat scenario models to predict and mitigate potential insider risks.
You will also direct the monitoring of insider activities, ensuring timely detection and efficient triage and escalation of risk events. Develop and maintain a robust system for tracking and analyzing insider risk events, aligned with the firm's risk management framework. Conduct in-depth analysis of high-risk workforce members, leveraging behavioral data and Insider Contextual Analyses (ICA) to assess and mitigate potential threats.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- ~10 years experience in risk management, security, or a related field, with a focus on insider risk analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in insider risk management.
- Experience working in a large, complex organization, preferably within the financial services industry.
