Job Title: Operations Manager or Merchandising Manager
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager or Merchandising Manager to provide oversight of store operations and/or merchandising, delivering excellent customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversight of store operations and/or merchandising
- Teaching, coaching, and developing associates to execute operational, service, and merchandising processes
- Ensuring sound operational processes, including receiving and processing product, stockroom management, and omni-channel fulfillment
- Maintaining appropriate levels of product on the sales floor by planning and directing floor replenishment as necessary based on sell-through and seasonal changes
- Leading efforts at point of sale and customer service departments to deliver speed of service transactions while creating a compelling customer experience
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Sales and profitability
- Operational efficiency and consistency

Requirements:
- Experience supervising teams or associates
- Strong people management skills and ability to develop talent
- Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Experience working in a retail environment, preferably in a managerial position
- College degree or equivalent combination of education and 2 years experience in retail or similar industry
