Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Senior Associate Paralegal to support our international legal team in the Asia-Pacific Region. In this role, you will work closely with the lead counsel in China and have a dotted line to the lead paralegal in the Asia-Pacific Region.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the international licensing contract team, managing Synopsys' corporate seals and government subsidy processes in China, and performing various ad-hoc tasks as instructed.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Paralegal in a law firm or corporate legal department
- Proficiency in legal research tools and databases
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
