About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Attorney to join our team at Jobleads-US. As an Associate General Counsel (Construction Procurement), you will play a crucial role in providing strategic legal guidance and overseeing all aspects of construction procurement and contract management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, negotiate, and manage comprehensive construction and procurement contracts.
- Provide expert legal advice during the procurement process, from RFI through RFQ and RFP phases.
- Act as the primary legal advisor for managing and resolving construction claims, including contract disputes, delay claims, and cost escalation issues.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction law, with a proven track record of managing procurement and large-scale infrastructure or capital projects.
- Expertise in drafting and negotiating construction contracts, including familiarity with alternative delivery methods.
