- Lead and manage organizational impact assessments, readiness evaluations, and change adoption strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required with seven years of related experience (five years with Master's degree).
- Business Acumen: Understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Industry knowledge: Experience or knowledge of the end-to-end research and development processes.
- Leadership: Ability to engage and influence senior-level stakeholders around business outcomes and embracing change efforts.
- Collaboration: Work with individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner, including the ability to build and maintain critical networks and collaborative relationships.
