Developmental Brain Injury Services (DBIS)
Position Summary:
We provide clinical support to adults with developmental disabilities and/or brain injuries, as well as their care and support teams across various settings. Our services cater to individuals with diverse needs, ranging from mild to severe disabilities. We work closely with our nursing and administrative teams to offer comprehensive support that enhances the quality of life for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Reporting to the Vice President or Head of Operations.
- Providing administrative and clinical oversight to the DBIS Clinical Department.
- Clinical consultation and supervision to senior clinicians and other roles as needed.
- Crisis intervention and assistance with high-profile cases.
- Maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Creating a positive work environment and modeling professional communication in all interactions.
- Acting as a team player by supporting the clinical team and upholding ServiceNet's mission and goals.
- Providing clinical input on referrals, vacancies, and utilization.
- Leading the internal risk program and departmental meetings.
- Collaborating with Senior Leadership and contributing to operational infrastructure development.
- Overseeing department development initiatives.
- Liaising with the ServiceNet outpatient clinic.
- Maintaining quality assurance and DDS regulations/licensing compliance.
- Currently licensed in Massachusetts as a psychologist, independent clinical social worker (LICSW), applied behavior analyst (BCBA), or equivalent.
- Three years of training or experience in function-based behavioral assessment and treatment.
- Training in PBS, organizational strategies, and multi-tiered systems of support.
- Ten years of demonstrated supervisory and leadership experience in a related field, five of which must be in a non-profit setting under state contracts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Electronic Health Records.
