Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a small team of 2-3 CNC machinists in building detailed aluminum parts for aerospace applications.
- Operate both horizontal and vertical Haas machines.
- Mastery of Mastercam programming is required.
- Set up first run parts and operate independently.
- Read and interpret technical drawings.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience with 3 & 4 axis machines, including Horizontal.
- Candidates should have a coachable personality and ability to learn quickly.
- A comprehensive understanding of tool knowledge is necessary.
- Able to set up and run parts efficiently.
- Comprehensive understanding of CNC code is required.
