Principal Consultant
We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Consultant to join our team at Oxalis. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving our mission to revolutionize highly regulated industries through innovative and strategic solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor teams of consultants and technical specialists to solve high-impact problems and deliver cutting-edge solutions.
- Oversee and manage multiple client engagements, taking full ownership of project outcomes and ensuring successful execution.
- Consult on Enterprise Service Management, Agile at Scale, Project Portfolio Management operating models, identifying pain points and providing expert guidance to align solutions with client goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant work experience will also be considered.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Ability to travel to company and customer sites as needed.
- Experience working effectively in a remote environment.
- Hands-on experience with Atlassian products, including Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Jira Align, Confluence, Bitbucket, Trello, and Guard.
- Hands-on experience with IFS products and modules in both remote and cloud deployments.
- Demonstrated experience applying Agile concepts and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, DevOps, and ITSM.
- Certifications and accreditations in Atlassian, IFS, SAFe, ITIL, and PMP.
- Proficiency in project management concepts and tools, including planning, estimation, and risk management.
- Ability to manipulate and transform data using scripting tools or business tools like Excel.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality work and exceeding customer expectations.
This is a remote role for individuals residing in the United States, however we strongly prefer individuals living in or near Sacramento, CA.
