Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security strategies, policies, and procedures to protect information assets and technology infrastructure
- Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, and capability assessments to identify and mitigate potential security threats
- Lead technical teams of security professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities
- Built relationships with internal and external stakeholders to stay informed about current industry trends and relevant security standards and regulations
Requirements:
- US DHS Security Clearance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
- Sound decision-making, proactive/creative problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams
- Experience leading SOC teams, Threat Intelligence, or other reactive areas of security
- Experience investigating cyber attacks and developing information security strategies and programs
