About the Role:
The Senior Director, Residential Marketing Strategy will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive new subscriber acquisition for residential services. This includes designing and executing campaigns to attain lead goals, using market opportunity research, market sizing data, client, sales and product trend data as well as buyer propensity models.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop campaign strategies based on proven marketing best practices and modern marketing strategies targeted at new subscriber acquisition for residential passings.
* Drive qualified sales opportunities to online and sales call centers to directly contribute to overall sales productivity, achievement of marketing and sales goals and attainment of targets.
* Designing, targeting and sizing campaigns based on demographic and buying propensity models from data available within our internal and external sources.
Requirements:
* 15 years progressive responsibility in marketing, demand or lead generation strategy, execution, and communications.
* Leadership experience of marketing teams with 15 employees and 7-10 years of experience.
* Bachelor's degree required.
