Senior Director, Supply Chain Operations
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director, Supply Chain Operations to lead our daily operations, including process oversight, reporting, improvements, and personnel management.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversight of client distribution and supply chain operations
- Supporting the organic growth of client accounts by identifying additional value opportunities
- Ensuring productivity, quality, and safety standards align with company needs and customer requirements
- Preparing performance reports and potential improvements for operations
- Researching personnel requirements for automation solutions based on product profiles and activity levels
- Establishing and meeting site objectives in financial performance, safety, quality, and customer service while maintaining compliance with internal and external policies
- Providing accurate and timely submission of key quality, financial, and safety reports
- Hiring, training, developing, and appraising staff effectively; taking corrective action as necessary
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Experience in supply chain management in a distribution environment
- Lean, Six Sigma, and Continuous Process Improvement experience
- Working knowledge of financial accounting and human resources practices
