Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Financial Operations to join our team at Jobleads-US. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in financial management and leadership.
About the Role
The Head of Financial Operations will be responsible for overseeing General Ledger entries and reports, including maintaining records of deposits and ABCIS. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of financial operations, including maintenance of deferred liability accounts/reports and management of records for all invested funds.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversight of General Ledger entries and reports
- Maintenance of deferred liability accounts/reports
- Management of records for all invested funds
- Financial management / Development of Financial Model and budgets
- Participation with Investment Committee on decisions and records
- Support for HR in deliberations on staff model financial impacts
- Development and presentation of operating budget for follow-on years
- Detailed approval of payroll prior to payment
- Detailed approval of payables prior to checks
- All aspects of administration and contractual requirements
- Definition and management of applicable insurance policies and coverages
- Definition and confirmation of government reporting as required
- Production and management of A&F meeting material and minutes
- Production of reporting to Board of Directors
- Support for financial models of churches when called upon
