Senior Financial Analyst

The Senior Financial Analyst plays a critical role in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis, providing leadership in fiscal processes and recommending enhancements for operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Perform highly specialized and complex financial analysis, including budget development, performance monitoring, and benchmarking.
• Develop and provide high-level reports for executive review, analyzing financial data and recommending strategic decisions.
• Lead the fiscal planning process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
• Support modeling of financial and business impacts, developing forecasts and projections.
• Collaborate with auditors and accountants to maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with state and internal audit standards.
• Provide information to internal/external auditors and management as requested.
• Coordinate and participate in the preparation of various financial reports, business plans, and analyses.
• Develop and revise methodologies for forecasting costs and revenues.
• Develop or coordinate preparation of budgets, program narratives, and finance plans.
• Participate in the design and implementation of budget and financial system improvements.
• Use computer software to model resource scenarios and develop cost-benefit analyses.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a healthcare-related discipline preferred.
• 5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience with budgeting and financial analysis is highly valued.
• Project analysis experience is desirable.
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools is advantageous.

• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and data analysis tools.

Salary Range:

Min: USD $93,000.00/Yr.
Max: USD $120,000.00/Yr.
