Job Description
The Chief Accounting Officer will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial operations of Jobleads-US, ensuring financial stability and strategic growth. This position will provide tactical financial leadership, guiding budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and assisting in high-level decision-making to drive business success.
The ideal candidate will be a Certified Public Accountant with a deep understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting. As the Director of Corporate Finance, one will oversee the financial statements, ensuring compliance with tax laws and providing audits. The position also involves compiling financial reporting in affiliation with financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as offering expert financial advice to help the ministry maintain financial health and achieve its goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Auditing: Conduct internal audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Assist with external audits and work closely with auditors.
- General Ledger Management: Maintain and reconcile the general ledger and other financial records. Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions and entries.
Requirements:
- Certified Public Accountant License
- 5 years of relevant experience in related field, with 3 years of experience as a CPA
- Bachelor's Degree from 4-year college or university in a related field
