We are seeking an experienced Medical Director to lead our team and provide high-quality patient care. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising laboratory operations, managing the daily activities of our medical practice, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Main Responsibilities
- Supervise laboratory operations and ensure compliance with regulations
- Manage the day-to-day activities of our medical practice, including staffing and resource allocation
- Develop and implement quality assurance programs to ensure high-quality patient care
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operation of our centers
Requirements
- Board Certification in ER, FP, or IM with at least 1 year of ER/UC experience
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
