Leadership and Service Director
We are seeking a Leadership and Service Director to join our team at Travelodge Wellington Somerset. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading a team to achieve outstanding results.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of leadership and coaching. You will be passionate about putting customers at the heart of everything we do and thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Leading, coaching and motivating the hotel teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Ensuring food is prepared and presented to brand standard (if working in a Bar Cafe hotel)
- Maximising food and beverage sales by cross and upselling (if working in a Bar Cafe hotel)
- Making sure rooms and public areas are cleaned using company best practice
