As a Senior Hotel Operations Director at Jobleads-US, you will lead with empathy and financial focus to manage all aspects of the hotel operations. About the Role

You will be responsible for key contributions to financial forecasts and budgets, as well as analyzing monthly P&L statements in collaboration with regional accounting and operations teams. Your role will also involve establishing a supportive team environment by providing training & development, coaching & counseling, and mentorship.
We are looking for an active member within the local community who can participate in external activities and events through volunteer work. This role requires current/prior hotel general manager experience and/or 3 years hotel rooms/operations and/or sales leadership experience within major brands (Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, etc.).
