Main Responsibilities:
- Drive talent acquisition, talent management, organizational design, and development strategies.
- Develop and implement innovative talent strategies to attract and retain high-potential talent.
- Execute AMETEK standard programs, ensuring team members are trained and proficient in program requirements, and AMETEK HR operational expectations.
- Facilitate annual people processes including compensation planning and performance management.
- Collaborate with and coach the management team to drive improvement, implement cultural change, organization and talent development, workforce planning and a rewarding employee experience.
- Build a robust leadership development and succession plan, a career planning process, individual development plans, knowledge transfer plans, and onboarding strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years of HR experience in the manufacturing industry with a practical working knowledge of manufacturing concepts.
- P&L exposure and driving transformative change within a manufacturing business.
- Knowledge of Federal, State, and Local employment regulations.
- Ability to partner with and effectively influence Senior Business Leaders.
- Working knowledge of a manufacturing P&L.
- Must have the ability to multitask with strong time/priority management skills.
- Master's Degree with 10 years of HR experience preferred.
