About This Role
This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our 20 person dedicated Defense & Government team in Tysons Corner, VA. As a Vice President of Corporate Finance, you will be responsible for leading transaction execution teams, working on complex capital markets and M&A transactions, and providing exceptional client service.
The Ideal Candidate
- At least 5 years of prior investment banking experience.
- A proven ability to lead the execution effort on a variety of complex capital markets and M&A transactions.
- Excellent client relationship skills.
- An ability to learn in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
