In this role, you will work together with a team of IT specialists with in-depth knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP APO. You will ensure that all users from your specific domain at L'Oreal in the Americas are supported in their IT application requirements. This includes resolving issues due to data, technical problems, and user assistance to prevent business activities from being impacted.
You will provide insights and collaborate with your manager to design and develop new functionalities required to enhance business efficiency by utilizing IT tools in your domain. Additionally, you will support L'Oreal Operations (Americas) from an IT perspective, manage multiple projects as assigned, and collaborate on change management for end-users in terms of training in the tools related to your supported domain.
