**Job Title:** Sr Mgr of Power Portfolio Strategy
Ephrata Headquarters
The Senior Manager of Power Portfolio Strategy leads Grant PUD's power portfolio strategic management business function.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and assess strategic options for managing the power commodity, including risk-adjusted valuation and identification of power portfolio components and options.
- Risk management for business activities directly impacting the power portfolio.
- Direct, oversee, and provide leadership for ESM's Net Power Reporting function, partnering with various enterprise work efforts to compile, monitor, and report actual net power results.
- Manage operational accounting for the power commodity, reporting net power financial and operational performance, and coordinating with IPD's Strategic Management function for forecasting power portfolio financial performance.
- Develop and manage a net power reporting schema and coordinate collaboration with operations, Wholesale Marketing, and Finance for reporting, planning, forecasting, and budgeting of net power costs and revenues.
- IDentify, set, develop, and mature financial metrics for net power and margining for the power commodity business lines.
- Direcet and oversee ESM's data management/governance function in coordination with Enterprise Technology business function.
- Partners, coordinates, and supports the Strategic Management function, ESM Business Intelligence function, and CCO's Wholesale Marketing function.
- Direct, oversee, and provides leadership for employee and ESM leadership mentoring, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Supports, oversees, and provides leadership for managing relationships with regulatory agencies, governments, local tribes, and customers.
- Partners (with Enterprise Technology), directs, oversees, and provides leadership for the ESM data and technology work efforts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field OR two additional years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
- Master's degree in business, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
- Skills in bookkeeping and accounting, organization policy and procedures, managing multiple personnel and projects, utility operations, compliance and regulatory record keeping, and utilizing MS office products.
