About the Role:
In this critical position, you will lead the quality assurance function, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, research and development, and regulatory affairs, to ensure that our products are safe, effective, and manufactured according to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality policies and procedures
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance
- Review and approve test methods and method validation/transfer reports
- Support sampling and storage operations
- Communicate with regulatory agencies as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in a relevant field and 10 years of experience required
- Masters Degree in a relevant field and 8 years of experience required
- PhD in a relevant field and 5 years of experience required
- Expertise in quality assurance and regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
