Job Description: As a psychiatrist with CCHCS, you will be an integral member of an Interdisciplinary Treatment Team that includes other psychiatrists, psychologists, and clinical social workers. Your primary responsibilities will include performing psychiatric evaluations, participating in treatment planning and case reviews, prescribing medications, and providing crisis intervention and psychotherapy. You will also provide consultations and training in treatment approaches to both clinical and custody staff within the Interdisciplinary Treatment Team.
