Job Title
The Payroll Manager for International Markets will be responsible for managing all aspects of global payroll operations, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant payrolls for our rapidly growing global workforce population.
Responsibilities
- Lead global payroll functions with a team of 5 highly skilled professionals located in US and Philippines
- Ensure accurate and timely payrolls for all countries in compliance with local tax and labor regulations
- Manage monthly payroll close and prepare management reporting deck
- Responsible for timely and accurate accounting for all employee compensation and balance sheet reconciliations
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with human capital function and other departments in ongoing operations and excellence projects
- Mentor, develop, hire, and train staff
- Manage internal/external payroll audits and relationships with external providers
- Document and enforce internal controls in compliance with company's SOX procedures
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills and experience leading global payroll functions at a public multinational high-tech company
- Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance, CPA or MBA preferred
- Experience with major payroll software such as Workday, ADP, Ceridian, or UltiPro, and related report writers
- Proficient with MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
