This includes proactively managing their insurance portfolios and identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell. Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with clients and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage an assigned book of business for high-net-worth individuals
- Act as the primary client relationship manager with responsibility for overall account servicing and maintenance
- Identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
- Maintain accurate records and reports of client interactions and transactions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relative field or equivalent work experience
- Fluency in MS office products
