Key Responsibilities
This position is responsible for the following key responsibilities:
• Develop and contribute to new AI capabilities
• Transition AI innovations from the research phase to Business Innovation teams and production deployment
• Manage partner ecosystems and ensure seamless integration of reusable AI components
• Supervise production deployed data science models and AI systems to ensure business outcomes are met
• Provide individual and team leadership to data scientists and AI/ML engineers
• Forge deep collaborations with other NA data and data science and AI leaders across J&J to develop related technology strategy
• Drive organizational vision and strategy as a core member of the Commercial Data Science Chapter Leadership Team
This position requires a PhD and 5 years of proven experience with a degree in Machine Learning & Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computational Chemistry, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or similar fields.
