We're seeking a seasoned Mobile User Experience Design Chapter Leader to drive design efforts for our Flagship Mobile Channel. As a Chapter Lead, you'll be responsible for guiding a design team's growth and development, ensuring alignment on their approach, and supporting key UX organizational objectives.
About the Team
You'll be working closely with Fidelity's User Experience Design team, which delivers simple and accessible digital experiences to its customers. This role supports Personal Investing at Fidelity, a group that helps a wide array of customers with services like wealth management, retirement planning, brokerage services, workplace plan administration, college savings, and financial planning and engagement programs.
Key Accountabilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive decision-making and increase speed to market.
- Mentor and coach design teams to enhance their skills and capabilities.
