Job Description
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Hilmar Cheese Company, you will play a critical role in driving the end-to-end hiring process to meet staffing needs and support business objectives.
You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to execute recruiting activities, guide candidates through the recruitment and selection process, and implement talent acquisition strategies, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating a welcoming environment through phone screens, asking insightful questions, and leaving candidates feeling valued and inspired.
- Building strong partnerships with hiring managers, actively listening to their needs, providing guidance, and utilizing technology to streamline the hiring process.
- Collaborating with hiring managers and HR in the selection and hiring process.
- Utilizing current recruitment processes and tools to ensure best practice and consistency throughout the full-cycle recruitment process.
- Managing recruiting projects and events.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A High School diploma plus 6 years' of related experience, or a Bachelor's degree plus 3 years' of related experience.
- Experience using an applicant tracking system and HRMS.
- Proficiency in using MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
- A willingness to travel up to 35%.
- Bachelor's degree plus 4 years' of related experience.
- Recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Experience with both exempt and non-exempt recruiting, including technical, professional, and managerial positions.
- Experience overseeing enterprise-wide projects related to recruitment, such as immigration, college internships, etc.
