Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with finance, legal, and treasury teams to implement tax strategies aligned with business goals.
- Oversee transfer pricing compliance and reporting.
- Identify tax-saving opportunities related to recent legislative changes and R&D credits.
- Work on process improvements and technology advancements in tax operations.
- Provide guidance on tax implications of business decisions, M&A, and divestitures.
- Manage and review corporate tax compliance and reporting.
- Ensure proper export tax compliance and oversee reporting requirements.
- Manage external consultants and drive project completion within budget and deadlines.
- Conduct technical research to stay current on tax developments and communicate implications to leadership.
Requirements
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Expertise in federal and state tax regulations.
- Experience with tax compliance and accounting software.
- CPA with a bachelor's degree in tax or accounting (masters in taxation preferred).
