We are seeking a passionate advocate to join our mission to improve the lives of youth. As a Head of Service, you will play a crucial role in delivering and implementing individualized treatment plans for young women at our Qualifying Houses in South Lake Tahoe, CA.
About Us
Rite of Passage Team is dedicated to providing a normalized high school experience while developing transition and independent living skills using our Integrated Care Model program. Our team is committed to creating a positive, safe, and supportive environment for the youth we serve.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery and implementation of individual Client Treatment Plans
- Attend Child and Family Team meetings and treatment team meetings
- Complete assessments and Client Treatment Plans
Requirements
- Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work or Counseling with CA current registration
- Prior experience working in a residential setting for children/NMD, their families, and/or the Juvenile Justice/Child Welfare system
- Able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry
