Job Description
We're looking for a highly experienced VP, Product Manager II, Small Commercial to join our team. As a key leader, you'll be responsible for developing and executing product strategies that drive financial performance and growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product strategies that drive financial performance and growth for assigned states, product lines, or business units.
- Collaborate with Sales and Underwriting leadership to formulate and execute profitable growth initiatives.
- Lead development of state, line, or business unit strategies within the Product Management organization.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand market trends and drive strategies that address business challenges.
Requirements
- Eight years of product management experience with senior-level general management experience and deep knowledge of two or more commercial product lines.
- Comprehensive P&C industry knowledge with expertise in pricing and actuarial analysis.
- Ability to combine quantitative analysis with local market insight.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
