Job Description
- Lead and inspire agile scrum teams to design and develop web applications that support internal and external clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product architects to establish best practices and make strategic design decisions, ensuring alignment with the roadmap and seamless integration with platform components.
- Rapidly prototype new ideas, optimize applications for speed and scalability, and support ongoing development of existing applications.
- Document development processes, conduct peer reviews, provide actionable feedback, and improve test coverage of existing code bases.
