- Participate in development of Aerospace internal software projects
- Provide software process guidance for Aerospace internal software development projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in STEM with emphasis in computer science, electrical or industrial engineering, mathematics, or closely related field
- 2 or more years of experience in professional software development
- Strong technical background and expertise in software development processes
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively in a cross-functional matrix organization
- Proven ability to apply standards, methods, and techniques used in the department
