Job Description:
The Customer Outcomes GTM Strategist will drive complex strategic deals and engage at an executive level in solution designs for large enterprise workflows such as Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Hire to Retire, Record to Report, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with Services Account Executives to have executive-level conversations and evangelize the platform's current and emerging capabilities.
- Work closely with Solution Consultants, Enterprise Architects, and Inspire teams to ensure alignment on account and implementation strategies.
- Collaborate with ServiceNow's executive team to understand and contribute to innovation opportunities in the market and platform.
- Provide technical and strategic thought leadership to clients in partnership with Services Account Executives on how to best leverage ServiceNow Technologies.
- Craft beneficial commercial relationships with clients and partner ecosystem through engagement with SW sales teams.
- Participate in innovation and future capabilities with the strategy office and industry vertical teams.
Requirements:
- 15 years of experience in the IT Services industry.
- Minimum 3-5 years of ServiceNow experience.
- Demonstrable experience in positioning strategic implementation platform strategies for professional services.
- Consultative sales experience as an Enterprise Architect in IT or customer environment.
- Strong knowledge of implementing platform strategies in Greenfield, Back2Baseline, and integration scenarios.
- Ability to concisely summarize salient points to executives and thorough understanding of cloud application technology and trends.
Travel Requirements:
50% travel required.
