We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to join our team as an IT Infrastructure Specialist. This individual will play a critical role in overseeing complex systems, network configurations, and IT infrastructure solutions.
- Microsoft 365 Migrations: Effectively manage migrations from start to finish across various platforms (Google Workspace, GoDaddy, IMAP, etc.) to ensure seamless transitions for our clients.
- VPN Setups: Configure and support VPN setups using SSL, IPSEC, and L2TP protocols, ensuring secure and reliable connections for remote access.
- Server Hardware and Management: Spearhead server hardware speccing, including RAID configurations and Hypervisor management, to ensure efficient and reliable system performance.
- Level 3 Escalation Support: Act as the Level 3 escalation point for complex technical issues, resolving problems efficiently and autonomously.
- Licensing Management: Oversee Microsoft licensing management to ensure compliance and proper allocation across all users.
- Data Center Management: Take ownership and direct oversight of colocation data center (COLO) firewalls, single physical servers, and associated infrastructure.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in Microsoft 365 migrations (manual, automated, and swing migrations) from platforms like Google Workspace, GoDaddy, and IMAP.
