About this Position
We are looking for a skilled and visionary Senior Manager, Creative - Art, to join our growing creative team. In this role, you’ll lead the visual direction of key projects, collaborating with copywriters, designers, and other creatives to produce high-impact work that resonates with our audience. You will play a critical role in shaping the aesthetic and design language across multiple platforms while guiding and mentoring junior designers. As an ACD, you’ll help set the creative tone, push innovative ideas, and ensure design excellence across all deliverables.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the visual development and execution of creative concepts, ensuring they are both visually stunning and on-brand across a variety of media, including digital, print, social, video, and more.
- Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and other team members to craft integrated creative solutions that are cohesive and strategically aligned with client goals.
- Oversee the design process from concept to final execution, ensuring the highest standards of design quality, innovation, and consistency.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior and mid-level designers, offering feedback, support, and opportunities for growth.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing creative ideas that elevate the brand and push creative boundaries.
- Present creative concepts to clients and internal teams, articulating design decisions and the visual rationale behind them.
- Stay current with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to inspire new ideas and approaches.
- Maintain a strong understanding of brand strategy and ensure design solutions align with both the client’s objectives and the overall creative vision.
