About the Job
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced store leader to join our team as a Store Manager in Training (MIT) at Insomnia Cookies' Ames location. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising, training, and coaching our sales and delivery teams to ensure exceptional customer service and product quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Manager-on-Duty duties during scheduled shifts when the Store Ops Manager is not present
- Supervise, train, and coach 2-5 team members engaged in cookie sales and customer deliveries
- Lead new hourly staff onboarding and initial training
- Conduct initial interviews for potential new hires
- Support Store Ops Manager with ordering, inventory control, and scheduling
- Hold staff accountable to company standards
