Job Requirements
- Three to five years of previous store management experience, including responsibility for annual sales volume of $3 million plus.
- Proven ability to increase sales and store profitability.
- Ability to travel periodically for meetings.
The ideal candidate will be a collaborative, respectful team member with excellent communication skills and a proven ability to multitask and handle multiple customers and/or processes at once.
