Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates a proven track record of excellent program management.
- Drives all phases of project management to include feasibility, definition, planning, prioritization, implementation, and close out of projects.
- Effectively applies project management methodology and standards.
- Displays cross-functional teamwork, communication, negotiation, and leading across all levels.
- Partners cross-functionally with key stakeholders to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery.
- Creates transparency and fosters relationships to adjacent teams.
General Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- At least 7 years of Process, Project, or Program Management experience.
- At least 5 years of People Management experience.
This role is eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation.
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
