- Drive improvements in sourcing processes and performance
- Deliver business results, including productivity, working capital improvement, and supplier performance
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
- Knowledge of sourcing processes and tools, such as SAP and e-sourcing platforms
