Job Summary:
- This position coordinates substance abuse services in Virginia. The ideal candidate will have experience in alcohol and drug addiction, including group, individual counseling, treatment planning, and case management.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate substance abuse services, including group, individual counseling, treatment planning, and case management.
- Assist with the onboarding training for newly hired/promoted clinical leadership for the region and evaluate clinical leadership competencies within the first 90 days.
- Monitor programming and curriculum to meet the needs of the population served (i.e., group schedule, evidence-based curriculum, counselor resources/tools).
