Job Description
The Principal will assist in the creation and representation of Everbrook as a premier child care brand, reflecting high business and professional standards. This includes managing all aspects of effective school operations, supervising staff, and delivering quality early education programming.
Responsibilities
- Manage school staff by planning work schedules, evaluating performance, and developing improvement plans
- Implement Company-provided curriculum, coaching teachers, and interpreting standards
- Evaluate and ensure compliance with company and state licensing standards
- Promote a positive partnership within the surrounding community
- Drive enrollment and marketing of Everbrook Academy through grassroots strategies, community outreach, and local partnerships
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field
