About the Position:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Supervision Specialist ISAP to join our team at Jobleads-US. As a vital member of our staff, you will provide supervision and support to ISAP participants, ensuring their successful integration into our program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement intensive supervision of ISAP participants, using comprehensive case management strategies.
- Develop and review individual service plans for participants, aligning with state and federal regulations and program requirements.
- Conduct regular home visits to verify participant residences and address any concerns.
- Assist participants with travel document acquisition and ensure timely completion of related tasks.
- Maintain accurate and complete case records for all ISAP participants, from entry to release.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required, with a focus on sociology, psychology, social work, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum two years of customer service or case management experience, preferably in law, social work, detention, corrections, or working with multicultural clients.
- Bilingual English/Spanish required, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate a motor vehicle for home visits.
- Federal background check and suitability determination required.
