What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supply Chain Analyst Lead position at Jobleads-US?
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory to achieve desired objectives, including days of supply, obsolescence, and product freshness targets
- Develop plans to address overstocks and left-over sale excess inventory in collaboration with the Merchandising group
- Work closely with suppliers, Quality Control, Supply Chain operations, store divisional operations, and Risk Management to address product availability, freshness, and product transition issues
- Provide timely communication to supervisors related to inventory transactions, resolving issues, and short-term out-of-stocks
A bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics or a related business field, or equivalent relevant experience is required. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, as well as knowledge of inventory management best practices, are also necessary.
